Before the new addition was built, there was a small, outdated sunroom on the back of the home. There was a list of desires that the homeowner had. Not only did they want a fresh new space, but they wanted it to include a fireplace and open shelving for display.
The back of the open shelves were painted a darker color to minimize the contrast of the TV and keep the fireplace the focal point of the room.
Access to an existing deck and additional seating was necessary for when the couple entertains.
This family uses this space on a regular basis and is so pleased with the end result. It’s safe to say that, we are pretty happy too!
