Our Staff

Bob Quigley, Owner & Sales
Bob, Certified Remodeler, is one of our co-owners and has known his partners since they were in third grade. On the Brillo team, Bob is definitely the “people person”. His enthusiasm is for interacting with – and delighting – customers, and is clear in the energy and drive that go into everything he does. Bob is also the greatest unknown soccer goalie in amateur sports today. Just ask, he’ll tell you!

Mike Bovee, Owner & Production Manager
Mike is a Certified Remodeler and one of our co-owners he also serves as project manager. He oversees ordering and scheduling, and makes sure that everything is on-site when needed. Mike is a Wauwatosa resident and gives back to his community as a frequent volunteer. He and his wife enjoy the outdoors and are building a house “up north”.

Guy Lipovsek, Owner & Sales
As one of our co-owners, you’d expect Guy, a Certified Kitchen Bath Remodeler, to be committed to the success of our company. But, more importantly, he’s committed to the fulfillment of our clients remodeling dreams. A self-proclaimed perfectionist, Guy is our “puzzle man” – he helps to make sure all of the pieces come together just right.

After working ½ days for 32 years (12 hours per day) Guy enjoys time with his wife, daughter, 1st granddaughter and thanks God, and everyone for their prayers and support for the safe return of his son, a United States Marine, who recently returned from tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. When time allows, he plays golf and races “crotch rockets” at Road America.

Maggie Uravich, Office Manager

Maggie has worked in various office positions for over 20 years in industries ranging from insurance to automotive. A believer in "getting it done right the first time", she manages the company's office systems including accounting and communications. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Melissa Paulson, Interior Designer

Melissa joined the Brillo team, as our Interior Designer, in October of 2006. Her creativity and product knowledge bring a new perspective to projects. She enjoys getting to know her clients and finding out exactly what their wants and needs are for their new space. She says, Sometimes people know what they like; they just need a little help putting the pieces together. While not at work Melissa loves to spend time with her friends and family, and participate in outdoor activities.

Leigh Grobarchik, Sales

Certified Lead Carpenter and salesman, Leigh has two gauges for evaluating a completed job. One is the look on the homeowner’s face. The other is his own sense of accomplishment at work well done. And since he joined Brillo in 1982, he has come to know that our quality and commitment to excellence are second to none. He instills those same attributes in the girls of the Pius XI basketball teams, which he coaches. When Leigh is not creating a “wow” factor for customers and teaching his girls the fundamentals of basketball, you will find Leigh relaxing, by playing the piano.

Bob Sebastian, Sales

A hometown boy, Bob graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. Then friends asked him to design a home for them and 17 years later he is still in the business. Ten years ago Bob moved from designing custom homes to remodeling and has not looked back! Bob is a NARI Certified Remodeler and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler. Bob has spoken publicly for organizations like NARI and MBA and on topics to the public on understanding the remodeling process. Tapping into his background, education and experience, Bob guides his clients through their remodeling process from beginning to end. His philosophy is that having one person take a client through design, selections and the contract makes it much easier for them and makes the transition to the construction of the project smoother. Bob says his favorite part, though, is helping form his clients’ ideas into a buildable reality. When not working with clients Bob spends his time with his wife, Gail, sons Max and Sam and their two dogs at their Wauwatosa home. He is involved in Boy scouts and Cub scouts. He and his family enjoy traveling and are members of the Disney Vacation Club.

Scott Gretzon, Crew Foreman & Lead Carpenter
It's the challenge of remodeling that makes the work enjoyable for Scott. A Certified Lead Carpenter with Brillo since 1989, he appreciates the special skills that go into modifying an existing home and integrating new products and technology with features that may be decades old. The outcome, he says, is a "completed masterpiece" that fulfills a homeowner's dream and makes their house a home. In his own home, Scott embraces the busy schedule of being a husband, father of two, soccer coach and referee and a "do-it-yourself" master with his own home improvement projects.

Dino Spielvogel, Lead Carpenter
A Brillo veteran since 1995, our Certified Lead Carpenter, Dean a.k.a “Dino”, thinks of himself as a “house doctor”. He’ll listen to your questions and concerns, then diagnose the problem and help get your home on its way to a speedy recovery. He takes pride in knowing that his efforts have helped to make a homeowner’s life better. On his off-days, Dino doesn’t sit still long. You’ll probably find him judging dog shows or playing paintball!

Mike J. Bovee, Lead Carpenter
Mike joined his dad in the remodeling business in 1999 and became a Certified Lead Carpenter in 2007. A believer in the “wow factor”, Mike takes great joy in seeing a homeowner’s face when a project comes together just the way they wanted… or better! And he strives to continue learning new ways to make his work even better.

Dave Soderstrom, Lead Carpenter

Dave has been with Brillo since 2002 and achieved Certified Lead Carpenter status in 2007. He brings enthusiasm and a great outlook to his work, and says that he “enjoys doing something new every day.” Dave is truly a “handy” guy. When not at work, you may find him on the courts playing basketball with his friends.

Steve Andrzejewski, Lead Carpenter

Steve joined Brillo in 2003 and became a Certified Lead Carpenter in 2008. He brings a creative eye to our projects, from concept through completion, always looking at the big picture. Steve believes in finding solutions to the challenges of home remodeling, not just settling for quick fixes, and says that he learns something new every day. He is a bike and car enthusiast, and an avid sports fan.

Todd Schroeder, Carpenter
Todd graduated from MATC’s Carpentry program with high honors on the Dean’s List and joined Brillo in 2005.  When asked what he considers to be the most rewarding part of his job, he says that the finish aspect, what people actually see once the project is completed, is most satisfying.  He enjoys seeing the progress made at the end of each workday and likes the variety each day brings.  In his spare time, Todd enjoys reading non-fiction and playing basketball and football.

Paul Hurst, Carpenter's Assistant
The youngest member of Team Brillo started his employment here in 2008 but has worked in the industry for over 6 years. He enjoys working with his peers and knowing he was a part of the final product. In his spare time he likes playing football and camping.
